Remittance is deemed received only when it is credited in our bank records.

2. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A. RATES
The Company has taken great care to ensure that rates and information provided in the tour itineraries are accurate at the date of finalization of tour itinerary. However, please note that there could be amendments related to, but not limited to, airline schedule changes, airline and ship fuel surcharges, tax increases and increases in other operational costs. The company cannot be held responsible for changes that occur outside it controls and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement up to the day of departure. Changes in price may also include adjustments for major adverse currency exchange rate fluctuations.
B. HOTEL & AIRLINE
Hotel prices remain subject to change until the point of issue of confirmed vouchers in lieu of receipt of payment by the company. Airline fares remain subject to change until the point of issue in lieu of receipt of payment by the company.
Hotels/airlines reserve the right to modify their tariff/price and terms and conditions at any time at their discretion. We will not be liable for any such changes made by hotels/airlines.
C. MEALS
The company will provide meals as indicated in each itinerary. We hold the right to alter/change the predetermined venue without prior notice.
D. INSURANCE
Travel Delite Corporation recommends its clients/passengers to get a comprehensive travel insurance (if this is not part of the quoted rate) coverage prior to the commencement of the tour.
E. VISA
It is the customer/passenger’s responsibility to obtain entry or transit visa and ensure that it is valid at the time of travel.
F. AMENDMENTS
Any cancellation/amendment will be subject to charges.
All tour packages are NON-REBOOKABLE, NON-ENDORSABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-REROUTABLE.
Any amendment after travel vouchers have been issued will be considered as a cancellation of the existing booking. Cancellation charges will be applied accordingly.
G. CLIENT/PASSENGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
It is customer/passenger’s responsibility to provide correct information such as full name (as written in the passport), passport number, validity, contact details such as email address, phone number, etc.
Once travel voucher is received by the customer/passenger, it is the customer responsibility to check all the details – flight itineraries, flight number, booking date and name of passenger, etc. Any error in the air ticket and travel voucher should immediately be reported to Travel Delite Corporation.
H. CANCELATIONS
- The Company is not liable for cancellations of journeys, deviations, delays or the failure to provide seats or accommodation in the event that these are not provided by the relevant principal provider like airlines, hotels, ships, trains, etc.
I. REFUNDS
- The client will not be entitled to any refund if the client fails to follow the instructions of the Company or its representatives. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any services you have purchased and inclusions may vary depending on weather, service provider’s arrangements or other uncertainties that are subject to change.
LIMITATION/DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
- Neither Travel Delite Corporation nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be responsible or liable for cancellations, acts of other service providers, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act, variation, postponement, omission or default by air carriers, land carriers, hoteliers or hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing services or facilities. The company shall neither be liable for loss or damage to baggage or property or for injury, illness, or death of, for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence of, or delay from the act, error, omission default or negligence of any person not its direct employee or under its exclusive control including any act, error, omission, default or negligence of any country, government authority, officer or employee. Travel Delite Corporation shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.
